I attended my first race at 9 months old at State Park speedway. Our family vacations  revolved around races such as "The Badger-land 150" in Milwaukee, the "Slinger nationals"  The "Read White and Blue" races in Kaukauna and the " October fest" in La Cross.

Once I turned 14 I started to do 200 lap enduros. When I returned from the service in 1997  my brother and I raced in the 2 man cruisers at Marshfiled and Wausau. Next I hooked up with Jim Schara and we reassembled a ,71 Chevelle that we rescued from a rock pile and raced the bomber class in Tomahawk and Wausau. I totaled that car at the October fest in La Cross. After that came a '77 Monti. Than in 2001 Brad Gruhlke joined us and we built the 1937 Chevy. In 2004 I stopped racing. than one day when I was out ridding my motorcycle I stopped to watch bar stool and lawnmore races. I month later I built one and did that for a few years. Now I got Jim and Brad to help me out with this ice racing thing. I might think about putting somthing togather to do a little dirt racing....well see.
